Version 1.20.1.0_07 after war can't load garage

Logs are incomplete. I saw this kind of bug before, it's rather rare problem.

 I made everything in this post but same problem is continuing. I attached log file.

Ok so the issue is on your PC only. The source of problem is either lack of admin rights durring installation and playing, or antivirus. I see many errors with access denied to critical files for mods.
