Black screen upon game launch after update - mod related?

So after recent game update & modpack update im getting black screen with "W.O.T. Client" top left corner and game wont launch. It works in safe mode so i guess this is some mod related issue? I've tried to verify game files and restarted my PC without any effect.

will be fixed in next release.

quick fix is to delete crosshair_Controls.wotmod manually from C:\Games\World_of_Tanks_EU\mods\1.24.1.0
