Mods not appearing in the game after downloading the mod pack

Mods not appearing means you probably didn't select the game folder during installation

 

Download modpack

Double click it / run it
Pick where your game is (if you have more than one, pick the one you actually play from... in WGC, you can click Game Settings and Show In Folder)

Pick mods

Finish install

Thank you for the guidence, i had created more than 1 files with the game in so i was adding the modpack to the wrong one every time, it is fixed and and all works fine thank you.
