Mod for displaying only default male/female crew icons?

I'd like to request a mod that would overwrite/disable all the fantasy crew icons and just replace them with male and female (or just default male) icons.
There is one for females, I know. The one mod that should make all crew icons invisible doesn't work. The christmas/fantasy/vikings whatever crew icons don't fit the theme of the game.
