Chosen mods not working

When I chose certain mods in the mod selector, some of them will just not work in game, as in none of the features of the mod will be there and you wouldn't even be able to tell if you have them installed. As an example, look at regen assistant (this is not the only mod, just the one I picked for an example). I have it selected and installed, but once in the game the box that the mod should have to show how much your heals can do is not there. I have the mod installed, but it is no where to be found. There are a lot more mods that I would like to use but also do this.

Sorry for making this post, I mannered to resolve my issue after running both the game and the mod installer in admin mode, and repairing the game a few times.
