XVM not working in battle

For the past couple of weeks my XVM has not been working in battle. I have re-downloaded the mod and still not working. Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be appreciated. And yes i do have it activated on the Mod XVM page.

If you are sure you are NOT anonymized when playing, then try resetting token on XVM websites settings page at the bottom
