3Moe mod disappear in game

[Wahadelk0]

I have this mod in my garage and it works, but I don't have it on my screen after entering the game. Is there a command/shortcut that I can use to turn it on?

Maybe you minimalized it, press L.CTRL and search for the + icon, and click on it, or delete mod config in appdata
