Confederate Counter for Special Commanders.

I'm not sure if something like this is possible but it would be extremely helpful if at the start of a battle there was a counter that would show how much damage you need in order to obtain the confederate achievement. Since there is already a mod that displays the HP of both teams and the confederate achievement is percentage based it might be possible to implement. This would help players keep track of their progress towards proccing special commander abilities such as Halsey. Thoughts?
