broken or corrupted voiceover mod

it seem like the multilingual and mermaid_wraith voiceover mod got corrupted and cant be installed by the MoD installer. i tried opening them after deleting and reinstalling but it keep coming up as broken. i tried open them with winrar and both pop up as corrupted.

download the file with your browser https://repo.aslain.com/Warships/filename and copy to DL_cache folder, overwrite the old file with the same name, then reinstall the modpack
