Impossible d'installer les derniers mod pack version 1.28.XX

Je n'arrive pas à installer les derniers mod pack de Aslain. Je lance en administrateur et rien ne se passe.

Je suis sur Windows 10.

Un peu d'aide serait sympa.

To begin with, this is not an installer error or bug, something locally is not working properly, most often lack of permissions, antivirus, etc. Hard to advice anything special, just check all those things, and maybe try to redownload the exe.
