For many months I have had crashes to desktop followed by message ( see below)

" Please click upload to send error report ( eg. 1:34  ,1:27  1:42  etc. etc.) to the server. It will help us fix the problem more quickly." I upload report and sometimes the game restarts ;at other times the crash will occur 2 or more times in a row; I then I have to shut down my computer and then restart again and log into game. I submitted a report to Wargaming ; I deleted all mods and the game seemed to work fine. Please help. This problem has been so annoying and almost makes the game unplayable.

That error and uploading logs is WG thing, I don't control it, or receive any reports with uploads. It's more for the WG support. You didnt tell when you crash? In what circumstances, tanks, battle types etc. I didn't found anything suspicious in your logs. Have you tried to play in the Safe mode too or just manually deleted mods? Your PC hardware is not the best, have it's because of that, well anything is possible.
