Dissapearing of MOE mods

A lot of times the MOE is dissapearing in my matches. Reinstalling modpack will not add the mod back. What keystroke is used to hide these mods?

In many cases user is either minimalizing it (often) or dragging off the screen (rarely). Keep L.CTRL pressed and search for [+] icon, then click on it.

 

Cannot solve this?, delete mod config in appdata, search for you mod name there, and delete its files.
