Ribbons v11 has the ribbons for ribbons v14

So I stopped playing the game for a while, and when I was playing I used Ribbons v11, cause that was the one I liked. But today when I redownloaded the game I have discovered that the ribbons in Ribbons v11 no longer exist? I tried finding them in my wows files, but could only find the ribbons for ribbons v14. here is the thumbnail for ribbons v11 and ribbons v14, with what I found in my files there aswell.

I don't know for how long you have been away but mods are updated/changed/removed with time, these are just numbers and maybe new mods are now there or the same mod with new graphics because the author decided so.
