Mod installer window too small

Hello,  I've been using the Aslain WOT mod pack and all the selected mods appear to work fine in the game client.  My issue is with the installer program.  The window for selecting mods is very small and shows only a few options at a time.  Even worse, when choosing to show details, the selection window shows even fewer choices.

 

I remember there was an update in v1.28.1.0 #07 which added 'Windows desktop scaling'.  I have seen screenshots of the installer program which show a much longer list of mod choices.

 

Am I missing something here?  Please advise.

You must have some very low desktop resolution. Or too high desktop scale.

I have a WQHD monitor running at 2560 x 1440p.  The scaling is set higher than 100% so I can actually read text.  I'll try & change to 100% to see if that works.

I have 2 monitors, my 14" laptop/cpu/gpu with WQHD and a 32" WQHD secondary monitor.  Seems the laptop scale setting controls the installer window size even if I move it to the 32" monitor with different settings.  No effect to window aspect ratio changing the secondary 32" settings.  I set the laptop monitor to lower scale values & the window length/aspect ratio increases accordingly.

 

I can't read the resulting small text on the laptop so I'll just have to change it back & forth when installing the modpack.  I assumed the mod update was supposed to allow stretching the installation window.
