Wheeled Speedometer

There used to be a mod that gave the wheeled speedometer to all vehicles. I can't seem to fin it after 2.0, but I know there is one as I saw Dezgames with it in a video this week. Can anyone tell me where I can find it in Aslain's mod pack or where I can download it as a separate mod?

Find it in the Little Helper Collection, after installing, visit this mod garage menu, and click on the checkbox next to the Speedometer option.
