Tanks official match speed indicator

I once had a mod activated in Aslain, that showed the tank's possible max speed on-screen during a match. It was shown in the lower left corner just over the repair panel.
It disappeared form my setup, and now i cant seem to find the mod in Aslains list anymore.

Is it still possible to have the max speed displayed during the match? What is the mod called? And under which main menu in Aslain is it situated?

This mod was removed couple months ago, it's outdated, the author is gone.
