Can you please add the mode which shows clans' current ELO ratings, and predicts ELO diff for each team in Skirmishes

There is a already existing mod somewhere (I 100% saw it a few months ago in GhostUA modpack) which shows current ELO ratings, and predicts ELO diff for each team in Skirmishes.

It's UI is very simple: just a smal panel with 4 numbers:

 

<ClanTag1> <Clan2ELO> - <ClanTag2> <Clan2ELO>

       +X -Y                                       +Y -X

 

X and Y are predicted ELO changes after this battle.

I found the example of this mode in the other modpack.

Added new mod: ELO calculator (by under_pressure) [mod #875]

Updated Steel Hunter Helper: by CHAMPi (adapted for current WoT patch)

 

It should be located near this mod number, you see the numbers when you open mod preview.
