Get error saving #5

When trying to save, I get this message.

I went back and checked and the game was running in the background even after I quit the game. I then loaded #5

I would recommend the following steps:

1. Reboot your PC in case a process is stuck.
2. Launch the installer with administrator privileges.
3. Check if your antivirus software is blocking the process.
