Where is the sniper mod?

There used to be a sniper mod that allowed you to shoot at ships, helping you zoom in on the vessel. Also, that new mod that removes rust from Camos is great, except it changes a number of the specialty camos, and they don't look as good. I included some photos of the specialty camos that have been affected

The author of clean camo have read this thread. As of the Zeiss camera, it's removed because wasn't updated to 14.10. If it will be updated I will include it.
