Teammates next to you blocking your FOV mod?

Hi There, 

 

There was a video i saw (I'm trying to find it again) where a team mate right in front of a player's FOV... the teammate turned translucent.

 

Is this a Aslain mod?

 

i figured this mod would be very useful, as its common that teammates peek in front of you, blocking your view and sometimes we move forward past them and end up overpeeking and get shot.
