how do i get rid of the modpack update window?

how do i get rid of the modpack update window? the close and x button is grayed out and download button does not even show the hover animation or smth... and i would need to check the main game notification area, but the failed update window just blocks everything and there is no way to close it....

 

 

so maybe you can also add a timer for it, in case it happens in the future again ?

its the same update box/window as usual, telling me to update from 02 to 05 and its just blocking everything else, so maybe it gt conflicted with the tomato popup or something inside WOt itself, because i saw some random quick and partial flashes on the screen too and then the update box just got stuck.... 

 

and the only fix for this would probably be to add a display timeout for the popup box... the server restarted also, and then i only got the tomato session popup

not the damage log is missing after i changed to a lower resolution, so how do i find that again to drag it to a visible position or reset it...
