SasaLMG Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Im trying as a supporter to give you as much help top sort this as i can do. NOT one update over Holiday ops lasts more than 2-3 game without crashing. This never used to happen over the years I have supported and used your mods. what is going on ???. NOT 1 of your update works more than a couple of games before it crashes. I know its not going to work as as soon as i log in, the screen goes black and WG restart the login process, I know from then on at some time it will crash. and yes as always im typing this as i crashed out on TODAYS updat 3 games. Yes ill get penalized again as the team will report it. I keep asking i will provide any logs you need or any downloads you want to see why. Clearly one of your contributors is messing up. WG must know as everytime it crashes I send in the WG report, so they know. How can i help?, what can i do to upload the issue to you, you dont want the wg reports, or the screenshots, so HOW CAN I HELP? Patrick Naile Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted January 12 Administrator Posted January 12 You are the only person reporting this, therefore chances are it's just you. You can of course attach all required stuff, logs, screenshots, replay etc. Then I can take a look, but if it's random crashes and nothing in logs, then I hardly can help. Quote
AlexThekid Posted January 14 Posted January 14 When you say crashed, do you mean PC crashed? Or you disconnected from battle? If it's your PC crashed could be anything, give the bro your python log. If you dc'ed from the battle, check your net. Intermittent DC's are often an apple device entering the network stealing IP address from windows pc. Make a static IP. Quote

I start log in, screen goes to 'a tank' line below building to login in, then i hear a click in the background, GAME crashes . I try to log back in, get the next login tank screen beforte the bar at bottom finishes i hear a 'click' , GAME goes black IM OUT ! Quote

From all i know wargaming is looking into it. So if the crashes happen for you even if you did a WGCheck and are not using mods and have reset your settings then there is nothing that aslain can do. 1 Quote

Can confirm here! Freshly installed the game on Saturday, never used any mods, even reinstalled the game to reassure myself. Constant crashes after battle, sometimes crashes on game launch but very rare. The actual problem is crashes on exiting battle. Not mod related for sure, hope WG can fix it quick cause I just started playing and it's not the best impression haha 1 Quote
SasaLMG Posted February 21 Author Posted February 21 I always try to use the mods , that why i support. However just loaded version 01. started to load into game. I got the IS7 screen battle but before i passed 70% loaded. Crash , black screen and then the game trys to reload. I know from 100's of attempts it will reload 2nd time BUT NO Aslians mods. This has been going on for years. If its XVM not connecting or a mod from a contributor, but the game will only load without the ASMod. If i go out start again and get a clean 1st time load i know the game will at some point crash. As i have done this for many years, that what happens. Today though, I had only uploaded 01 once, got crashed out before i tried again, i went to WG check. Yes WG said the game was broken and i could 'Recover' and fix it. I have cleaned Vs 01 off, i will reload and try agin, but if it does NOT load on 1st go, i know XVM or something in the Mods is being REJECTED by WG Quote
