renzuki Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Every single session, When I go into the campaign tab. I get the animation for the H3 campaigns As well as the Dravec cutscene. After the cutscene, all components need to be remounted again. Once I log out from the game and log back in, same issue persist. So these settings are not getting stored like they should. Moderator Theolitius Posted January 15 Moderator Posted January 15 could not recreate the issue. do you have all rights on the pc? sounds like WOT is not allowed to make changes here C:\Users\PC-Name\AppData\Roaming\Wargaming.net so not sure Quote
renzuki Posted January 15 Author Posted January 15 on occasion when I have issues, I will go to %appdata%\wargaming.net and delete all but preferences.xml. I have just done that, checked folder permissions, and then reinstalled the game center. I'm currently running a new check and repair since that. I have logged back into the game twice and still having this issue. What's the best way to export my aslain's setting to import later for the installed. I've tried a few ways in the past, to no eval on a clean install pc? Quote

I later logged into a few of my other accounts and realized this was only happening w/ the account I was posting about. Since I've contacted support for a solution and waiting to hear back. Appreciate the help to get me to the point I could isolate the issue to one account specifically. Quote
