mobility of the ship’s silouhette and speed indicator

In Battle: 
Would there again be a possibility to move by sliding/placing the silhouette of one’s boat (from the compass) where one wants to place it and adjust its size? 
If yes, thank you in advance for who will do this work.
I may be asking a lot at once, but similarly, if it were possible to change the position of the speed indicator...

 

Anyway, thank you all for all these very practical addons.
