Show Max Speed of Target at Crosshair not working

After re-checking the show max speed at crosshair mod since the mod has been updated, the mod still does not function. Instead it still shows the default detection range. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod.

You have to play with the game options in the "Battle" menu. Try to change the stuff there, in certain combinations you should see it.

 

If you still cannot see it, provide proof in form of screenshots (both the Battle options and the battle UI) and replay from this battle and the logs (see my post signature).

Here is everything I could gather. These are the battle ui settings I usually run and where it has worked in the past, I tried changing the battle ui settings in multiple combinations but it still only shows what the screenshots show. Would you mind sending an example battle ui setting layout where you know that the mod works on?

I have a problem with the crosshairs - the Adaptive and Full settings do not work. Always have use ALT key to see shell flight time, etc.

I have had a similar problem as well with the Nomogram: Classic & Modern crosshair not showing the speed and distance information, just the crosshairs. I double-checked my settings in WOW. See attached for reference, along with logs file.
