Doesn't start v15.2.0

It just hangs in the task manager and nothing happens. I tried to delete it, it doesn’t help to download it again, everything is the same, the old version v.15.1.0_01 opens properly and everything works

It's your PC, you need to figure it out. I would look into windows events logs. It's not a bug in the installer or anything like that.
