FYI regarding Service Record not showing in game.

Heya all 🙂

Just an FYI. If anyone has a problem with players' Service Records not showing in game, like this.............

and this.......

 

Apparently it's a known bug (by WG).

There was such bug in Personal Record Customisation. Are you using the latest modpack? Because it was already fixed.

The game does this on a totally clean install with no modpack whatsoever ! Not many people have the problem though apparently.
