Armour Penetration Indicator

Hello 🙂 everyone,

Hope this is a proper section to write this post 🙂 

Could someone please direct where to find and how to instal an armor penetration indicator that shows penetration like in the pictures below? I've seen it on one youtube channel and aparently this guys installed 'Crosshair J1mB0 Combo' but I cannot get it to work.
