Final check boxes page frozen

I download the mod pack, get the page you check the boxes you want but cannot as it has frozen. Move a bit after 5 minutes but then freezes again. Have been using for years never had the problem 😪

Open the task manager and it say's 'not responding'.

Show screenshots, video, logs from the logs archiver. Need way more details that this.
