BalcalcMod is apparently causing "Zooming" to not work...

Hey Aslain...  Couldn't "Shift to Zoom" or "Scroll to Zoom" with BalcalcMod installed.
Saw there was errors with it in the Python Log....  So removed it, and Zooming worked again.
