Installer freezes when preview mode is enabled

Hey! I've encountered an issue when my modpack installer absolutely freezes and stops responding as soon as i enable preview mode with an eye icon in the bottom. Has nothing to do with my pc performance, i got a pretty much top-end rig.

Tried reinstalling, launching as administrator - the issue persists. As soon as i turn it off - the window of the mod installer instantly behaves normally. But it's pretty inconvinient tbh. Any known issues with that?

If it does matter - i'm using the steam version of the game.

It's most likely due to your AV or firewall, its very rare case, in the next modpack they will be one little adjustement and that's it, otherwise I recommend to disable the preview in the installer if you cannot handle 😕

I've got no AV or firewall enabled, but as i figured out - it has something to do with network availability to the assets from my location. As when i turn on my VPN - it instanly gets working ;\

Seems like the storage where the multimedia assets are blocks my location or smth

Thanks for your awesome work! I'm a new player and was very jelous seing streamers have all that usefull stuff not knowing where to get it xD
