It might sound weird but WG's last 10mb update fixed the problem for me, I haven't removed a single mod. Thanks for answering anyway. :)

I did a clean installation and cache cleaning as said. Not sure which mod from the whole pack is causing this, I've installed only a few of them. Can list them if needed. Also note that some (if not all) buttons on the top menu are overlapping.
