Update on this one - I fixed issue by setting system environment variable to COMSPEC = C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe Which fixed this issue, so yea. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you for information, I will look in to other possible options.

Game will just sit at this black screen will using lastest mod pack. If game is run is safe-mode it will work at intendent. The same happend with 9.17.0.1_02 mod pack version too. Below I have attached log files. python.log _Aslain_logs.zip
