I was having the exact same issue that you are, i fixed it, heres what i did. 1.) Delete /res folder from your world of tanks directory 2.) Run World of tanks launcher 3.) Click settings and go to support and run the "verify integrity" thing 4.) Wait for it to reinstall the required files and then run the game. I dont know how this fixed it but it did for me.
