After the game update the mod is now working as intended so don't need to worry about it now but still confused why it wasn't working before

Lately been trying to get this mod to work but for the life of me but it just doesn't, (first time using it btw) I did go to in game settings and configured it to work for random battles, clan wars, etc.. I didn't have it selected for platoon, but for whatever reason every game I've played, it just doesn't send msg in chat "I'm spotted (location)!" nor hit F7 for me. I have another chat mod installed being received damage announcer by Elkano with announce arty hits and that mod works just fine, I tried removing that mod from installation as a test see if that's possible confliction but spot messenger still isn't working so I'm just lost if its a mod conflict or its just broken. so i been trying to get this modpack to download and first it started to not launch at all then i fixed that by closing out Avira and firewall then this pops error pops up....any idea how to get it to launch correctly so i can install it? (btw first time downloading this modpack)
