After moving to the latest update (9.19.0.1 #02), I found that the voices from the game were gone. After narrowing it down some, I've discovered that removing the Two Steps from Hell music mod fixed the issue. When looking at the python logs of the bugged install, it gave the lines: "[SOUND_ERROR] Cannot load sound bank: voiceover.bnk. Code: 2" and "[SOUND_ERROR] Sound fail: 1057290642 - ErrorCode: 15" which I can't info on. Logs are of the bugged install. Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip

Looks like it got reset with the downgrade, unfortunately. Earliest entries are from after I went back to 3.8.16. And so I upgraded 3.8.18 again to get new log... clean install and clear WoT cache selected again... everything is working for the one match I tried. XVM and other mods both. I haven't a clue why. Updated to .18 v1, a number of the mods failed. I noticed auto-login, XVM and all it's related mods (minimap, hitlog, etc.) all not working. Clean reinstall, with deleting caches did not help. Jimbo's crosshairs, texture and sound mods, ATAC, and safeshot did seem to be working. Downgraded to .17, same problems. Downgraded to .16, last version I used before. Everything is working again.
