  1. As someone who has been using the modpack for YEARS. I'm fine with it. Yes there could be improvements but that is restricted to your knowledge of the coding etc. You take your time out of everyday to put this together and thank you for that. Having ONE popup when you launch the launcher asking for donations for your time is not a big issue.. Takes 2 seconds to click okay. If I had the money to spare. I would send some.

So thank you for the work you do. And thank you to the other mod makers for their time updating the mods they dont have to do for us.

  2. I dont think it's on his end.. I'm having a similar issue.. SOME mods are installing.. others are not. The updated minimap mod isnt working at all.. the angle mod.. not loading and a few others I cant remember off the top of my head.. Others are loading fine.. Didnt have any issues 2 versions before the current one(didnt use the one before) I've removed the modpack completely and redownloaded everything.. Still, only some of the mods will load up.

  3. Just an FYI.. The new launcher has nothing to do with this issue.. I've been using the launcher since it was actually in beta(had zero issues) and the pack installer finds the path perfectly fine.. This isnt an issue with the modpack.. most likely an issue with his PC AND the installer.. As it doesnt seem to be a huge issue across all users.

  4. Dont believe Aslains maintains the MMM.. But I've had that happen sometimes when I've had some odd lag spikes.. I believe its an issue with the program pulling what it needs from the stats site... if it cant get them all in a decent time it will just pull what little it has and put nothing for the rest.

Don't think it's possible at all, probably because the training room by default is turned off for the game, it's a small toggle in their config file that enables it.

Who knows why it's like that... only WG probably :)

I heard it has something to do with the training room accessing their own server.. So to keep everyone and their dog from sitting on it and slowing down that server.. they just didnt make it easily accessible.. Just what I've heard.

  6. Only mods I've had issues with after a new patch are usually smokescreen(which is in-game now,) zoom out mods, training room and the odd time fog remover.. I dont install a load of other mods so I dunno.

  7. Most of the time most mods dont break.. just the more 'popular' ones which most likely involve files that are changed when they do what ever they do.. What files those are I have no idea.. but usually crosshairs/skins and sometimes even the fog remover dont usually need updates after patches.. And thats a sometimes for the fog remover. This last patch was more of a backend update in my eyes than it was anything else. Nothing hugely new added but changed a lot of files which is why most are broken.

  8. Its not that he really needs a lot of help.. he has to wait for the mod makers to update the mods so he has to either wait for them to send the mods to him or go through the mod section of the WoWS forum and check to see if they're updated.

This is something he does in his own time.. He has a life outside of this.. if he has things planned after patches are released we are SoL.. If there is a mod or two that you really really need..  Go here and see if they have been updated http://forum.worldofwarships.com/index.php?/forum/170-mods-and-addons/

but enough of that.. now that after a few days of this thread.. it should be locked/deleted.
