Happening multiple times per day - usually right when I get a kill.  Nothing beats crash to desktop right as you put the coup de gras on some n00b.

Also having this same issue. It always happens around the event of firing a shot. No hangup, just a straight crash to desktop. Multiple times per hour. Tried windowed mode, non windowed mode, turned down graphics, removed skin mods, nothing helped.
