Well I did it the hard way, but I located the problem. It's in "Commander Crew Appearance". I had "Legendary Commanders" and "Historical Unique Commanders" enabled. One of those two is conflicting. I'm going to delete one and then the other to find out which it is. Possibly both are conflicting.
 

Found it! Historical Unique Commanders conflicts with Gun Caliber in Inches. It disables Gun Caliber in Inches. You might want to make a note of that for users.

So I removed ALL mods and re-installed using only the "Gun caliber in inches" mod, and it worked. So there is definitely something in my choice of mods that is conflicting with it.

I am using the WOWS "check game client". I'll let you know what happens 😃

Nope. Not working for me any more. And I don't have those text mods enabled.

In the early versions it worked fine. Now, it has stopped working for me. Let me know what you need to fix it and I will send or post it.

Great news!!!! Hakabase on the WOWs forum has worked on this mod and fixed the problem. Here is where the download is for a working version:

I don't think there are any, but can I find out for sure if there are any mods in the mod pac that would be illegal to use? WG is kinda vague on what is and isn't legal. There is a controversy on their NA forum right now about mice than can use macros for things like double-clicking to fire all guns in a volley. I know this doesn't exist in the mod pac, just wanted to make sure nothing I use can get me banned.
