Ok you can go ahed and close this thread, I figured out the problem. Turns out I was being a complete mongoloid I had 2 versions of the na client on 2 different SSD's for some reason and the shortcut was loading up the wrong one. Appologies for the waste of time.

i have a problem where ive installed alsains so many times and nothing is working in teh game its like the mods dont exist any idea whats causing this ? it installs fine and dandy but liek i said i see nothing in game
