only if you have xvm installed:

to repair mirrored tank icon, need edit "battle.xc" file in :
...\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\xvm\configs\(any user config or default)
for example:
...\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\xvm\configs\aslain\

change:
"mirroredVehicleIcons": true,

to:
"mirroredVehicleIcons": false,

save changes
