Bug Can't purchase/sell different items

Can't seem to sell tanks, remove equipment, or buy camos.
Just keeps giving me the Aslain's wheel and says loading then goes to a screen with the Merit Rewards background with nothing else. Eventually puts me back at the prior screen. Very weird. Removed Aslain's to confirm....Worked correctly. Redownloaded Aslain's at problem reappears.
