I don't know what else you can do, every pc is specific, hard to guess it out.

 

What do you mean put av software on hold? I have no idea what you're talking about.

However from what I can see the installation looks partial to me, you have .bat files, VERSION folder etc. it shouldn't be there, like something interrupted the installation and it's definitely your PC causing it, probably some av or weird settings.

Trying google drive now. How do I let you see it? Some of the files aren't able to be read by google drive apparently.

When i try to use winzip to for the folder it won't let me upload it because it's over a certain size. How do you want this done?

I did delete that file and they still do not work.

Having same issue.

Same thing happens to me. It'll work when I only have WoT installed, but not when I have anything else from Wargaming installed. It's rather irritating.
