In the recent update, the shell tracer contrails have a bug wherein the tracer (both main guns and secondary) does not show itself. What makes the bug even more odd is that when other ships fire, the shell tracers appear but rando mly between ships. 

The first image shows the shells without tracers, second image shows the AA tracers (which is not affected) and the enemy ship showing tracers.

Thanks! I could still use the chat at the moment. Just the issue on the scrolling part.

Installed same mods like you have selected and I have no such issue, this has to be something local. Check if something interrupted the installation, i.e. antivir.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Running the game on safe mode does not show the bug and I also did an integrity check. The bug is still there.

In the improved chat by BADoBEST mod, messages are overlapping when I scroll the message box. It has been that way for about three patches.
