  1. Does the older mod pack work with 12.4 June 11?

It's really too bad because the only reason many of us need any type of side panel is for the hydro and radar info. I'm not sure why he just couldn't continue providing it without updates to new radar/hydro ships. That would have been just fine with me.

All that extra things consumes time when adjusting own mod to yet another game update that breaks it, he simply has no time to maintain it.

Instead of old modpack, use new one, and copy that file to:

https://www.mediafire.com/file/ho0mr9a4y6uf464/Old_Haka.zip/file to World_of_Warships\Aslain_Modpack\Custom_mods\ and reinstall the modpack, but keep in mind that it may stop to work after some time.

  2. With the recent update it seems as if there is no way now to hide the following ship info in Hakabase side panel: ship speed, torpedo range, and firing range. There are only checkboxes for radar and hydro.
Is this a bug or a near future update?  Thanks

Hakabase's side panels in #08 work fine - for me at leastshot-23_01_24_18_24.16-0265.thumb.jpg.20559fa1575828b23cd33dc54eb9e3d8.jpg

That's interesting. For me none of the radar, hydro, torpedo etc icons apear although they are checked. I even unchecked and rechecked them still nothing. I wonder what's different with your computer? Windows 10? This is my screen below. Even colors don't work

Hold Ctrl-button to control your mouse ingame, click the cogg wheal on top of the left sidebar then make all your choises

Hi, that worked but now have another problem. I have my Up, Down, Right, Left  keys assigned to controlling the ship. Those keys are changing the panel size while I navigate the ship causing the panels to get larger and smaller. For example, if I turn the ship right the panels get larger, if I turn my ship left the panels get smaller.

Is there any way to unlink the side panel size from these keys ?

** UPDATE - The issue only seems to happen after making an adjustment in-game. After any adjustment and closing the settings window (below) the direction keys become affected. However,  once I start a new battle everything is OK. Perhaps a small bug?

Side panels by Hakabase and some other mods

I just installed Side panels by Hakabase and it does not identify radar ships. How do I activate the customizations? There's no instructions that I can find and the link to his website is broken.  Thx

  6. Hi Aslain, thanks for the great mods!

I apologize if this request has been mentioned in the past. Is there any way to place an icon or indicator of ships that can carry radar? It doesn't need to detect if the radar was selected on the ship, just whether that ship can carry radar. If so, the radar range info would also be super.  Thanks!

  7. Hi, I've been running Aslain Mod Pack for a couple of years without a problem. During this time I've always had Norton Security installed.
I just tried to install the latest version and for some reason Norton won't allow me to install. It keeps giving me warnings about overwriting files in the WOWS folder. This has never happened before. I tried suspending the real time scan and the firewall but that didn't help.

I've tried everything with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions? At the moment I'm out of solutions. I really like this mod pack and would prefer to keep using it.

    Hi,

I finally resolved the issue. If anyone else encounters the same thing do the following:  In the Norton Popup "Suspicious Action Blocked" click "view details".

Next , on the next window click Unblock Action (on the right side) and OK . That seemed to do the trick. Looks like the newest version of Norton is the culprit
