Alright fixed it by giving it admin rights and moving the game installation folder, after 5 tries it stopped showing an error

Hello

First of all thank you for providing modpacks patches after patches.
Secondly, I'd like to know if you could help me fix an issue I've had since the latest update. 
(I've tried different sites to insert an image with URL but it doesn't seem to work)
I only see a random commander on my tanks, always the same (from the nation of the vehicle I first booted the game on), the rest of the crew is absent and I can't put anyone inside since it doesn't show me any existing crew members to place
Also, the carrousel is very flat and the tank thumbnails aren't close to squares like they used to, also without any info (like MoE, mastery class, WR...) I selected in the install program.
MoE mod seems to work fine so I don't understand where the problem could be (for the crew I chose the auto return crew)
