If you don't want XVM in your game then just uncheck all XVM related things in the Modpack installer and done!  ;)

On a side note, relevant to the form and function of the Aslain modpack. I am still cracking up over this.

 

When 9.14 was pushed and the servers came back online. There was a period of time in which many W.O.T. players, some I have known to do well, became as easy to kill as a one legged baby seal. Coincidentally, or maybe not coincidently, there was a time in which gameplay returned to 'normal.' Oddly enough the time in which normality returned was shortly after Aslain released his comprehensive 9.14.00 package.

 

I wonder why. :) Actually I don't; however, it's a great demonstration of how many use this mod pack as well as how many depend on it!!

It was just awesome to see how many "good players" weren't that good anymore.  :lol: I was really laughing my ass off at some times.  :P 

 

I also use the Aslains Modpack but not with the in-game advantages you can get. I only use some garage mods like automatic equipment, auto login, remember server, etc. and of course XVM stats. That's all. In the past I used a lot of other things too. I don't lie about that, but after a while you just want to see how good (or bad) you really are without those advantages-mods and to my surprise I loved it and therefor I only play standard now. You don't even need the circle (view range etc.) mods anymore because that's introduced in the game itself. 

Problem is solved. Uninstalled everything and deleted all files. reinstalled the modpack and all works like a charm!  :D

Could not reproduce, so it something on your PC, my bet is on AV.

Hmm ... strange. No problems 'till yesterday evening. I'll will have a look at it (AV).

Automatic equipment is also bugged. When I change tanks the equipment doesn't change from tank to tank.  :(

Make sure you are using latest modpack.

Yes I did install the latest version of the modpack.

I installed the latest update this morning but it seems there are some issues.

 

• The game doesn't start (connect) automatically anymore even if it's checked in the modpack.
• The tank carrousel is set to 2 lines and small (my settings) but in game it's just standard layout.

Is there something wrong with the modpack?

I just want to say a special thanks to Aslain who really makes work of his modpack! The multiple updates show that he's really on top of things! So thank you very much for this great modpack.

You may fix it manualy before I can patch the installer by editing line #15 in:

Does this fix the zoom problems entirely? I had to reactivate the 500x zoom etc. since the last update, but in game I just had the standard zoom. Weird.

Uncheck the "Check for update in gagrage option"

And my wife uses the same, but she's several updates behind. She doesn't encounter any ctd's.

OK, do you use server crosshair?

Yes, jimbo's, but I use that for ages! [emoji12] Sort of speak.

It has nothing to do with the OTM reloads, because I still have the CTD's and OTM is de-activated.  :(

Try without OTM reload, from my experience all OTM reloads were bugged, wouldn't be supriced something is fucked up again by their authors.

I will try it again. Strange thing is that with the earlier version I had no problems with the OTM reload system.

Unfortunately I have to say that the CTD's are back since the last update. I didn't change anything in the modpack. All is just the same as before.

That is also why I don't understand these CTD's.  :(

I've noticed that since the last update I don't have to unable my AVG anymore!!! Superb!!!  :D

I know play with otm reload time activated and vbaddicts de-activated and still no ctd's in the past 2 days.

So it seems to be a strange thing those mods.

I don't understand it anymore. Now playing without vbaadicts mod and with otm reloed time mod and no ctd's anymore.

But no complaining. If all goes well I'm glad.

Same here. I played for about several hours yesterday and encountered 5 ctd's. I can't say which mod is causing this because my settings are the same of several updates before. I did tried to uninstall some, but the ctd's still occured.

now, using aslain mod pack xx.33... usually i get CTD because go back to garage, after random battle.... :(

 

btw, Calculate with Free XP to WotXP mod is buggy like hell, if iam using it, i cant goto to garage at all, stuck looping in updating crew..... :(

I also deactivated the calculator with free XP. Let's have a look if it helps.  ;)

 

In a while I will look at the settings of my wife's Aslain's Modpack and will change mine to her's. She doesn't have any CTD's. Strange thing is I thought we had the same settings, but I'll look into it closer and get back at ya.

Can I have your logs, to reproduce this? Was it before you posted today here that you have CTD's or after?

I can only give the latest logs. The occuring CTD's with the mod mentioned above was after I posted CTD's before. Unfortunately I do not know for sure what the problem was before because I had changed several things in the modpack.  :(

From now of on I always write down (notepad) what I change.

I got CTD's

 

I uninstalled it and everything's fine.
