Added info, I had reinstalled the game. I also deleted the modpack first. Still running into the error.

Going to try reinstalling the mod files, delete the game cache and downloaded files.

Sorry I didn't run the achiever.
It was not the XVM locks. I checked that first.
I think it is the combination of Mods. It locked out in the Field Mod screen.

Still having the problem. Still had the Tank Carousel enabled.

Yup - 4th try. Fixed it. Something in the Tank Carousel mods.

So I just loaded version #6 with a lot less added but with most of the Garage Mods still loaded. Free Exp for Field Mods are now blocked again. So I would it suspect one of the Garage Mods is causing the problem. I've uploaded the #6 Complist for your review.

I am not sure which mod it is, but I was getting blocked from using Free Experience to purchase Field Mods. It started with Patch #4 (Sat/Sun) and was happening again in Patch #5. I'm also having a quick freeze (1-3 sec) issue in-game.
I contacted WOT Support and they suggested Safe Mode to disable mods. When I launched Safe Mode, it all cleared up.
I am not sure what mod(s) are causing the problem. I've attached my complist. I plan on reinstalling with a lot less mods to see if it clears up the problem (maybe a conflict between two or more mods).

It is other things as well. Did more deep diving and it is a hardware IRQ assignment error that randomly pops up. But 90% of the time it is with WOT or WOWs. Still not resolved but it is on the task list.

I running into an issue where my video driver randomly crashes. It is a AMD Radeon R7 200 Series. I checked the Python Log and found a number of errors when I loaded 9.13.18. Not sure if it is related or not. Chasing this down with Wargamers as well.

I'm chasing this down from two angles. I get a Video Driver error while in combat in WoT and WoWs. I noticed in the WoT Python file a number of errors when I loaded 9.13.18 and I'm not sure if this is part of the problem.
So I'm providing my Python and Installer Logs to see if there is a problem related to the video card or something else.

Getting the same error message. Is it one of the loaded items or potentially MediaFire (which spams me when I download) attaching a file to your download?
I can't up load the file back to you to analyze since there is a limit here.

Read your note on the last update. I've been a regular donator for years, but I am curious: are you seeing less traffic for Mods, or are people just not donating like they used to?
