It finishes unpacking and installing all the mods. The error comes at the very end of the installation. I've let it sit overnight once. No change. It's literally hanging at the end of the install.

I'm having the same issue. Installs everything find but hangs at finishing installation. It's almost like there's a pop up somewhere hidden, because you can't click anywhere without the error ding. I haven't been able to install mods for a while now. I took a break from WoWS so it didn't matter much at first, now that i'm getting back into the game, it's a real issue.

And I believe I have the texture based ambient occlusion option selected. I'll check again once I've closed out this current install.

Very minor issue. The Historical 2K flags are listed as added in the 02 version, however they are not an option during install. Not sure if they were forgotten during packaging or if the readme on the forum topic is in error. 

Either way, it's cosmetic and minor but I just wanted to make mention of it. Cheers!

You're in the wrong forum area mate. This is for Warships, not tanks.

This issue has already been reported multiple times.

You need to stop using the mods that share/modify the hud_lib.swf file:

Mods sharing hud_lib.swf file
         Six sense, custom damage indicator & torpedo markers 

Turn off any of those and you will be able to use custom icons. Otherwise you will not.

All those views and nothing. I guess it's just me.

I agree with the thanks! It is appreciated! What I don't see is where you're seeing all these 'views'. I don't see any view counts at all.
