For me, th tanks are al there, but not in the normal order.It;s not by country as it was, not by type, not on alfabet.
It might be by country, but now Germans first, then Russian, American, UK, Japan. Strange order
You can change this in the carousel.xc file. No idea when they added this feature but it is editable now.

Its an issue with XVM, have to wait until they get it fixed.
